WATER REDUCTION
By using newer, more efficient dye machines, we use 7x less water than the average for clothing manufacturers, saving 24 million gallons a week. Any water we do use goes through a filtration system that allows it to be recycled.

ENERGY REDUCTION
We are a green company through and through - taking every opportunity we can to reduce our co2 emissions. If you take a quick tour around our headquarters you'll find we use solar energy to power our sewing and cutting facilities, motion-sensor LED lighting and skylights throughout each building, and electric car charging stations to encourage employees to go green.

VIRTUALLY ZERO WASTE
Our manufacturing facilities and LA Headquarters produce almost no landfill because we recycle pretty much everything that can't be turned into a tee. We've optimized our cutting to reduce plastic use, and excess fabric is recycled into a number of things like baby bibs or stuffing for upholstery. Let nothing go to waste!

Bears for Humanity's mission is to manufacture safe and Eco-friendly organic products, protect our environment, create fair trade living wage jobs, and give back to causes for children, animals, and the environment.

Children matter. With every purchase, we donate an organic teddy bear to children who need the most. We partner with reputable local and national charities in the United States to ensure our gifts reach right little hands.

Through the support of Verizon and generous gifts from employees like you, the VtoV Employee Relief Fund is a charity that provides aid for basic necessities to Verizon employees displaced from their homes due to a natural or personal emergency - such as fire, flood, tornado, severe weather or domestic violence.

VtoV is entirely supported by employee donations and the Verizon Foundation’s generous matching gift program with 100% of all donations going to employees who need it most. Verizon pays all administrative fees associated with running the program.

For over 25 years Victory Fund has provided campaign, fundraising and communications support to LGBTQ candidates to increase the number of openly LGBTQ elected officials – because representation is power. When LGBTQ elected leaders are in the room, they humanize our lives, impact policy and legislative debates and influence straight lawmaker colleagues to vote in favor of equality. LGBTQ elected officials are our best defense against anti-LGBTQ efforts at all levels of government, and are best positioned to advance equality for our community.
